Volljurist Frank Duckwitz ist seit mehr als zwanzig Jahren bei der öffentlichen Hand im Bereich Liegen-schaftsmanagement tätig. Zunächst arbeitete er bei der Treuhandanstalt, seit 1994 in der Verwaltung des Landes Brandenburg. Im Ministerium der Finanzen hat er aktiv die Gründung des BLB mitgestaltet. Seit dessen Gründung im Jahre 2006 ist er dort für die strategische Ausrichtung des Portfolio- und Liegenschaftsmanagements sowie für die Gestaltung der operativen Arbeitsabläufe verantwortlich gewesen. Dr Balázs Dencső has been Head of the Directorate General for Audit of European Funds (DGAEF), which is the Audit Authority for structural funds in Hungary since the establishing of the authority in 2010. The DGAEF is responsible for preparing the strategy and planning, performing auditing as well as preparing control reports and closure declarations. Between 2003 and 2010, Balázs Dencső was working at the Ministry of Finance in the Central Harmonisation Unit which was responsible for the coordination and harmonisation of the European and national funds’ control and audit.

Prof Alexiei Dingli is a Professor of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Head of the Department of AI at the University of Malta. He has been conducting research and working in the field of AI for the past two decades. His work was rated World Class by international experts and won various prizes including the Semantic Web Challenge, the first prize by the European Space Agency, the e-Excellence Gold Seal award, the first Prize in the Malta Innovation Awards, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) award for Creativity and the first prize of the Energy Globe award by the UN amongst others. He has published several peer reviewed papers and books in the field. He is also involved in various AI projects with local and international organisations. The Government of Malta appointed him on the Malta.AI task-force aimed at making Malta one of the top AI countries in the world.

Mr Dahoui joined the WTO as Director of the Human Resources Division in March 2015 following a career of more than 32 years in the United Nations system. He started his career with the UN Secretariat in New York in 1982 where he occupied a number of positions primarily in Human Resources. In 1998, he moved to the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Santiago, Chile, as Head of Human Resources and, in 2007 to the International Maritime Organization in London as Head of Human Resources. Mr Dahoui has an undergraduate degree in Management from the FGV in Sao Paulo, Brazil, an MBA from Fordham University in New York and an MA in Applied Social Psychology from the USACH in Santiago, Chile. Mr Dahoui was born in Brazil, he is married and has two daughters.

Nena Dokuzov is Head of Project group for New Economy and Blockchain Technology at the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology in Slovenia. She encouraged and led the preparation of Action plan for Blockchain Technology, a strategic and implementation framework, with the purpose to identify relevant areas for blockchain (vertical and horizontal), and to define regulatory framework and steps necessary for the development of new regulation for Blockchain. Action Plan was adopted by the Government of Slovenia in 2018. She is also a national representative at the European Blockchain Partnership. In 2019 she became Head of Delegation of Slovenia at UNECE and was a member of the expert team at UN/CEFACT during the preparation of the Whitepaper on Blockchain and implications of Blockchain Technology for the achievement of SDGs 2030. She is also a member of OECD BEPAB and a Vice-Chair of Advisory Group for Advanced Technologies at UNECE.
