Krista Jakobson-Hadar has been working in the Estonian Ministry of Rural Affairs since 2006. First as Internal Auditor, then as Deputy Head of the Internal Audit Department. She is responsible for the Audit of EU Funds allocated to the country (EMFF, EAGF, EAFRD). Furthermore, she coordinates and supervises the quality of outsourced audits and is responsible for reporting to the European Commission. Krista Jakobson-Hadar has been short-term twinning expert several times in the Agency for the Audit of European Union Programmes Implementation System (ARPA).

Tomas Jucha co-led one of the most successful teams in the field of investment treaty arbitrations during his ten years of stay at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic. Since 2018 he joined forces within the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office for Investments and Informatization to co-design the digital transformation of Slovakia to harness the promising benefits for society, industry, and public sector as well as to minimize the risks related. Tomas contributed to the Slovak digital transformation strategy 2030 as well as related Action plan for years 2019 – 2022 that covers 62 concrete measures on how to improve the level of preparedness for digital transformation in terms of skills, jobs, industry needs, academic support, civil society aspects. Tomas focuses on different aspects of artificial intelligence research, development, and use, data governance models, the significance of algorithms and online platforms, data (personal) tracking, and its impact on society.
