Grzegorz Orawiec is the President of the Board of the Centre for Business Promotion in Sandomierz (Poland). He coordinates the system for SMEs based on financial instruments and vouchers scheme. Before he was the Director of the Regional Policy Department in the Marshal’s Office of the Świetokrzyskie Regional (2012 -2019). Before that, he was President of the Board of the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer in Kielce. He has been working on preparation and supervision of EU funded projects in various international, national and regional institutions for over 15 years. In 2007/2008, Grzegorz Orawiec worked in the Delegation of the EC in Skopje, where he prepared IPA funded projects. In addition, he has been Lecturer at universities in Poland and Germany (regional development). Since 2004, he co-operates as Expert with TAIEX Programme of the European Commission and regularly holds lectures in the fields of strategic development, EU Funds and public procurement.

Aidan O’Brien is the Head of Civil Justice and Equality Service Delivery in the Department of Justice and Equality, which is responsible for administration of funds from the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) and the European Social Fund (ESF). As Head of Unit, he is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of all activities relating to over 600 projects receiving funding from across the Department of Justice and Equality such as in the areas of migrant integration, gender equality, crime prevention and social inclusion. Prior to this assignment, he worked in the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) for more than twenty years. For 10 years, he worked as a Project Manager in the Department, where he was responsible for ICT projects related to management or disbursement of EU Funds such as EAFRD and EMFF and systems for managing export refunds.

Theodoros Orfanos Auditor (Head of Task), European Court of Auditors
Theodoros Orfanos joined the European Court of auditors in 2010. He has worked as auditor and then team leader for the audits of the European Development Funds and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. Since May 2017, he is the Head of Task for the financial and compliance audit of the Heading 3 of the EU Budget (Citizenship, Freedom, Security and Justice). As Head of Task, he is responsible for the audit of the AMIF and ISF funds at European Commission and EU Member State level. Theo is certified accountant and has extensive audit and accounting experience in both the private and the public sector, acquired in Greece, former Yugoslavia and Sweden.
