Hygiene and distance rules Your health is a priority to us!

To enable the interactive exchange of knowledge in the public sector even in these times, we ensure that the relevant recommendations of the Robert Koch Institute for infection control in their currently valid version are taken into account at our event locations.

In concrete terms, this means that compliance with the distance and hygiene regulations on site by the venue staff is always guaranteed. With the help of seating plans as well as floor markings and disinfectant dispensers, we do our best in the run-up to the event to provide you with a safe learning and exchange environment. Except at your seat, a mouth-nose cover must be worn at all times. For easy tracking only registered persons are allowed to stay in the rooms rented by us. Symptomatic persons are not allowed to enter.

When selecting the premises, we also ensure that surfaces are regularly disinfected and sufficient ventilation is provided. For the sake of the environment, we ask you to carry your own mouth-nose covers with you. We also recommend that you use the official tracing app of the Robert Koch Institute in order to be able to trace the chains of contact as well as possible.
